Summer Campaign Terms and Conditions: Trade-In Cashback and Weekly Draw
1. Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to customers participating through authorised Elite dealer stores.
- The campaign will run from 1st December 2023 to 31st January 2024.
2. Trade-In Cashback:
- Customers trading in their old pool cleaner at a participating Elite dealer store will receive cashback.
- Cashback is applicable only against the purchase of a new Dolphin robotic pool cleaner.
- Cashback will be deducted at the point of sale based on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
3. Cashback Terms:
- Cashback cannot be claimed as physical cash.
- Cashback is non-transferable and can only be used against the purchase of a new Dolphin robotic pool cleaner.
- Cashback cannot be applied to any other products.
4. Weekly Draw:
- All cashback claims will be automatically entered into a weekly draw.
- Winners of the weekly draw will have the opportunity to win the value of their new Dolphin pool cleaner back as cash.
- Maytronics will give away in cash one Dolphin robot each week during the promotional period.
5. Prize Fund:
- The total prize fund available is up to a maximum of $35,000.
- The cash prize for the weekly draw is based on the RRP of the M700 model being given each week, and the winner’s actual prize may be less if they have purchased a cheaper model. The cash back given will be based on the invoice value uploaded into the cashback offer claim.
6. Draw Process:
- Maytronics Australia will choose winners at random from the pooled list of cashback claims. Each week we will add to the pool of entries.
- Winners will be notified by Maytronics Australia and the start of the following week upon which the winners are drawn.
- Any winner agrees to Maytronics Australia posting the win on social media including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
7. Withdrawal of Promotion:
- Maytronics reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of withdrawal, no claims or cashbacks will be honoured for transactions after the withdrawal date.
8. Rights and Disputes:
- Maytronics Australia reserves the right to make final decisions on any disputes or discrepancies related to the promotion.
9. Modification of Terms:
- Maytronics Australia reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time.
